Orders and delivery

What are the delivery times?

Paris and Île-de-France: 2 to 5 working days
Metropolitan France: 3 to 10 working days
Europe: 1 to 3 weeks

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €15. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship via La Poste Française. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us promptly at contact@knot-store.com or on +33 6 24 96 03 84. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel or modify it.

What material are MY KNOT laces made from?

Our laces are made from high-strength paper, an innovative, strong, and eco-responsible material. They are designed to withstand daily wear and tear.

What is the length of the laces?

Our laces are 120 cm long, compatible with most sneakers and city shoes. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

Are the laces waterproof?

Our high-strength paper laces are treated to resist light moisture. We recommend protecting them from prolonged rain to preserve their colours.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receipt to return your item in its original condition (unused, with tags and original packaging). Contact us at contact@knot-store.com to initiate a return.

How do I make a return?

Send your request to contact@knot-store.com stating your order number. Items returned without prior agreement will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
