Packaging
All shoelaces will be adequately packaged to minimize risks during delivery. We recommend using rigid packaging, which will meet the needs of the item, taking into account its weight and dimensions.
Shipping
We use the services of LA POSTE Française (www.laposte.fr) for our shipments. We will ship each order to the address provided by the customer.
Our shipping costs are well-considered and include packaging, handling, and postage fees. We advise our customers to group their purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Return and Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, we undertake to exchange or refund the item(s) in question under the following cumulative conditions:
- The item was received in poor condition or the item does not correspond to the one indicated in your order. (Supporting photos provided by the customer).
- You must contact us immediately by email or phone. Simply have your order number and communicate with us.
- The items concerned must be returned in their original packaging, intact, clean, without traces of use, and accompanied by any original packaging, instructions, and MY KNOT store cards.
Return and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
