Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be accepted, the item must be in the condition you received it, unworn and unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will be asked for proof of purchase (your order number).

To start a return, email us at contact@knot-store.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will tell you how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are paid by you. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item (with photos), so that we can assess the problem and put it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you always have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The 30-day return period above is in addition to this right.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and checked your return, and whether the refund is approved. If it is, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time your bank takes to show it may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at contact@knot-store.com.

Shipping
Costs: France €3, free from €15; European Union €5; other countries we ship to €6.
Delivery times: Paris 2 to 5 days; France 3 to 10 days; Europe 1 to 3 weeks; other countries we ship to (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Israel) 2 to 3 weeks. We do not ship to Africa or South America.
We ship with La Poste to the address given when ordering. Two separate orders cannot be combined: shipping is charged on each.
